Mom's on Board
Mother's Day morning wasn't breakfast in bed and flowers - it was skateboards and dogs. My parents have always supported me and encouraged me to spend time doing what I love and even on Mother's Day my mom was doing just that.
I was absolutely stoked about my new Carver with C7 trucks and when I woke up Sunday morning I wanted to ride. I asked my parents id they'd like to join and without hesitation they were in. They brought the dog (of course) and we went to my old elementary school parking lot.
I figured I'd be doing the riding and my parents would just want to hang out but my mom is full of surprises. She wanted to try it out and ended up shredding.
Mom, cheers to you. Being a parent doesn't mean you have to give up being a kid at heart.
