Pump it up
Want to go to the Pump Track in Williamsburg but nervous about it being crowded? Go on a gray day. Last night it looked like rain was coming but it held off and made for an awesome evening at the track - no people.
When it's dead it makes it easier to help friends that are learning, work on your weaker side and get the hype to pick up speed since no one is riding your tail.
Here's another tip- get a friend to take some clips of you. Being able to watch your body movement and positioning will help you make adjustments. When I watched a video of myself I noticed that I was using my arms WAY more than my legs so now I'm really trying to get lower and use my lower body to pump.
